Team Shetland - Entry Forms
Individual entry forms for Shetland competitors and team officials have recently been circulated to all Sports Team Managers. These forms are in electronic PDF format that can be printed off, signed and returned, with a passport photo if necessary. These forms should be gathered in by Sports Team Managers in the first instance and passed to the Secretary, Bob Kerr, at Hayfield House.
Please note that the deadline for returning these forms is Monday 18th April 2011 - one week before the entry deadline for all islands of 25th April (two months before the Games Opening Ceremony). This allows time to clarify any questions and enter the details before the online entry system closes.
